Vertigo
I was on my way in, having spent some hours with a tripod and a heavy 500mm lens, taking photos of bluetits dining on the peanut butter I'd smeared all over a eucalyptus tree in order to get those photos.
Then, all of a sudden and with no warning, there was the buzzard, directly overhead. So my bag went one way, the teacup, tripod, and book the other (the latter three landing in a convenient hedge), and I took a series of handheld photos, of which not very many are even approximately sharp... that's a very heavy lens, that 500mm.
But this one will do, I think, and fortuitously, one of the films in DDW's filmchallenge this month is Vertigo :0)
