..... running.


This evening I've been out running with the steady group at the local running club. My dodgy ankle coped well with all the different terrains and I can now eat an extra piece of cake this evening.

I had taken a photo of Gemma amongst some buttercups thinking it would look pretty but unfortunately as Gemma was squatting it looks a bit like she's doing a Paula Radcliffe impersonation. Luckily I'd taken a photo of some cows earlier on the run as Don ran in to the frame, so today's blip is .....
