Egypt Day 6: Aswan

The main attraction of Aswan is the Nile itself, filled with feluccas (the traditional sailboats). This is the view from my hotel room. The first thing we did on arrival was take a sunset cruise on a felucca around Elephantine Island in the middle of the river. The hill on the opposite side in this photo is dotted with the Tombs of the Nobles.
