Madame Herself

Here's Kiki perched on her throne. She looks smug and opinionated and that's being her normal self.

She's had lots of attention with our visitors recently and I think she might be a tad happy to have the house back and access to all areas.

Applied for a new passport for Ben today at the Aussie Consulate and then headed to school for Career's Day. The PTA invites speakers (some parents and other people from a vast range of professions) to come and present their careers so that students can be exposed to different ideas and get a feel for what they might be interested in for themselves as they proceed with their education. I think it's a great event, we had NOTHING like that when we were in school! I was the semi-official photographer for the event!! Got roped into doing that by my friend who organised it.

Good start to our otherwise shorter week :)
