Tranquility

A good training session tonight, 3 kids were absent because they had to sit an exam in advance, after School because it is being held the same day as the Secondary Schools Cross Country.I just don't understand why teachers are sabotaging major sporting events that are important for the sportspeople as well as the school when Field trips and exams can be shifted to accommodate sporting and cultural fixtures which can not be shifted. Jessica got a pair of new spiked running shoes and gave them a work out doing hill bounding. Very exciting watching Jessica improve every week so much potential. I shot this at the Yacht boat ramp at sundown tonight.
