Mono Monday: 3 @ 3 x 3

My exercise routine for the last few years has included lifting weights using a Hoist V6 machine. Weight workouts are usually Monday, Wednesday and Friday, with alternate days being some type of aerobic activity (often brisk walking.) I was pondering the Mono Monday challenge theme of "3" as I was doing my weight workout this morning. I do 3 sets of my series of exercises, many set at 3 x 10 pounds, 3 times a week. Switch the camera over to B&W, and voila! The photo shows the weight stack inside its shroud, set to 30 pounds. This is a much more "industrial" look than my photos usually have, but I like it for a change.
