another back blip
after the running we headed north to Keswick for a night with my mum and it was a beautiful evening so we went for a short walk to try and avoid stiffness. We did the same today after church and a roast dinner before driving back north.
This is the view up toward Borrowdale from near Springs Farm, it looks quite alpine like this.
