Who Lives in a House Like This?

I had a phonecall last night from someone I know in the local village who told me about this little house that had just appeared half way up this hill, so today I drove past and it seems very bizarre.....no road to it and its tiny and I have never seen it before even thought I drive that road at least four times a week! When I was there there were four people who walked up the hill and went in.
