Out all day on a school trip with my youngest's class. River-dipping, bug-catching and more on The Water Of Leith. All that along with the walk along the canal there and back led to the general consensus that everyone would certainly sleep well tonight. Children, as well as the grown-ups...

Then an evening swim. Nowt special, took it a bit easy, kept a little in reserve and put in a steady seventy to keep everything ticking over.
