MonoMonday: Three

I'm no great lover of garden gnomes but I have had an affection for this little chap who has been abseiling from the roof of this house for as long as I can remember, but seems to be permanently stuck THREE metres of the ground.

His mates used to live at the recyling centre (tip) in Wellington until some jobs-worth from the council came along and evicted them, saying it brought the place into disrepute. Shame ... they were a source of delight to the local community (and best place for them, loved, and not quite recycled).
