I am very impressed. So simple yet so effective.

K and I went to the City Art Gallery to see the exhibition on Edinburgh. I've seen many of the pieces before, but it was still fun to try and pick out recognisable landmarks in the landscape of 17th century oil paintings.

Then we popped up to the museum to see the tiny exhibit on logarithms, giving some details on the life and works of John Napier. He was from Merchiston you know.
