Take Three…..

Those of us of a certain age will recognize this pop group from the 60’s with the iconic figure of Cliff Richard in the middle.

Yes, it’s The Shadows!
Now you may be wondering what a photograph of them this has to do with MonoMonday three challenge apart from the obvious one that there are three of them.

Well, there is a link, albeit a tenuous one.
Every morning during the Hay Festival this photograph was the first image I saw when I woke up in our bed and breakfast accommodation.

There must be a story attached to this, I thought,and sure enough there is.
Lucy, the glamorous blonde owner of the Grange, a substantial house in Glasbury offering b/b accommodation was married to Bruce Welch's (left) son.

So, this is my contribution to Rainie Monomonday three challenge.
