Lost in Music

A street entertainer in the old city of Dubrovnik.

The area now appears pristine, considering much of it was destroyed in the Balkan War. There are still some reminders of the troubles, mainly in the number of bullet marks on the walls of various buildings within the old city walls.

The locals were very welcoming and friendly. It still shames me that they speak excellent English while I struggle to even say, 'hello'!
