Brightening a cold grey day

After a beautiful sunny and warm (in the sun) day yesterday, we woke to grey skies and constant rain. By late morning the rain had paused, and I went for my obligatory run (I miss almost no Mondays), looking for a nice photo to blip.

Not a lot to see, but this couple caught my attention as they strolledarm in arm along the beach. She had just taken a photo with her orange iPhone (with an SLR around her neck). Although I did get a photo of that as well, I preferred this one.

Birds were plentiful to the ear, and rare to the eye.

An inside day, as the rain returned. About to head back to the city.
