Lack of focus

Doesn't quite come under the emergency blip category but it's close. A day of grandchildren and aged relative – both ends of the spectrum at the same time resulting in organised chaos.

This is Mrs Rex's aunt Margaret who, despite having a lot of things wrong with her can't sit still long enough for a decent photograph. The grandchildren won't sit still long enough either and they can run away. Margaret can't run away so she gets to be the blip of the day.
