Endive, andive, indive, adive5

Captains Log. Day 4

Way over the hump. Yesterday experimented for the first time with the split-yellow curried pea soup. Today I played with endive. I fried some sliced pears with some apple juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger, and dropped it on top of the endive leaves. I could use a little help with my plating. I'm sure I'd be docked huge points in Iron Chef.

Topped it off with some Avocado.
