Gettin' my Proust on.

You remember I had some Rosemary Syrup I needed to find a use for?
Second attempt at French Madeleines. I learnt from my mistake previous mistake and floured the tin this time.
This was a bit of a 'Seat of your pants cooking' pastry as I didn't really have a recipe.
And the technique I used may have been overly complicated.
I'll write up the recipe when I've got it worked out properly.
Also this time around they were gluten and dairy free. (mostly to see if they'd work)
