Mika Fudge

I'm going to call this Mika Fudge. Hey, Mika, merci! I did a version of it around three years ago and realised it was way too much fudge to have in a one-person household garret. Thanks, Mika for reminding me of raw FUDGE.
She made another type of raw fudge in the 20 mins she had after putting pins in me and covering me with silver foil (ok she's an acupuncturist and a fab one at that). But here's the point - it took 20 mins! Since then, I've gone back to my original recipe, inspired by Mika - I've made a chocolate version, a salted-caramel with choc chip version and this - chewy goji/cranberry/raisin. These are the 3 I hid before Dad ate them ALL.

Coffee and fudge in the garden on a Sunday morning. Then played with a kite. Joy.
