Cool science ...

With my geek girl, attended the World Science Festival that had a great street fair ... eschewing the usual street fair staples of hot dogs and cotton candy, they had stands from NASA and were showcasing all sorts of geek gadgetry.

We were able to go up to the 10th floor of one of the NY University buildings to see all the robotics in action. Pretty cool stuff, but I was drawn to the window for the great view over Washington Square park and all the way up 5th Avenue.

In eager anticipation of the official start of summer in 20 days, the parks are rapidly filling with bikinis and beach towels.
