BethaBlip 90...

This is my monthly track of my children as they grow to see how they change as time goes by. I take the same photo in the same place each 1st and 15th of each month along with a wee diary of what has happened and how life has progressed for each of them. Bethany on the 1st and Ewan on the 15th. It is quite remarkable and is accentuated by the 1 year ago thumbnail down in the bottom right.

Not too sure what the big skirt thing was all about. I just asked her to go up and get her raincoat for the picture because she looked rather dashing in it earlier.

School issues have been rearing their heads again this month. Bethany had tonsillitis and headaches a couple of weeks ago and so was off school most of the week. The next week when she was fine to go back, apparently, it was a nightmare. Bawling and being walked in by the teacher. We surmised that she gets into these wee familiarity things with being at home when she’s sick. So much so that when it comes time to go back to school, she gets really nervous and upset about it.

I believe we struck a deal whereby she is going to take more responsibility for herself and things around the house in a return for leaving the school morning routine behind. Seems to be working so far, hopefully it continues as she actually really enjoys school.
