Cheesy shot

We have been on retreat this weekend. We had some fine cheese: Sage Derby, Cambozola and a fiery Mexican. The Mexican cheese was too much for me. I only had one bite and knew it was not for me. I do not cope with chilli. Actually I do not cope with cheese either. I love most varieties but unfortunately it always upsets my digestion .
