Unstable

A tough night last night, with horrible thoughts. I fell asleep before I could do anything.

Today has been teary. A walk along the beach this morning thinking what is the point.
An afternoon with Mum and an unplanned coffee with Steven, Kelly and Lewis this afternoon.
