RAINDROPS ON...

Raindrops on roses fennel. Rats, I left the flash on by mistake.

A dampish day, so I worked indoors in the greenhouse and shed for a while and caught up with business admin. Later I snuck out into the dripping garden for some herbs for the salad (smoked salmon, pea, mint and lovage) the curry (chicken, butternut squash, fennel and lovage) and the soup (chilli kidney bean and lovage) - are you spotting a wee theme here?

The best part of the day again was the morning spent with the VIP. He let me play with his lego, brushed his teeth for me with unusual vigour and chose me over the Professor as his chauffeur on the drive home. Has he seen the content of my will?
