How low can it go?

This was the temperature on the way to work. After I had taken this photo, the temperature continued to dip to -11. I didn't know my car thermometer could go so low! Glad I put on all the extra layers and thermals.

Spent tonight being "Nigella" again, baking for my cake day - we have a cake rota to ensure there are cakes in the staffroom every Friday.

One of the treats I'm trying out is the banoffee pie that LD did the other evening. Hope mine is as good as hers. Will do the finishing touches to it in the morning.
