Oscar

Due to last night's extremely early bed we were up uber smart this morning. By 12 all chores were done so we headed out to the hills for a bimble. A perfect day for it. Balmullo was showing off all it has to offer with lots of May blossom in evidence and wild life flitting by. A buzzard or three. We even managed to spy an elusive deer.

When we reached the top of the big hill it was a bit windy to sit, so we headed down and found shelter in a lovely wee copse. The wine was opened :). The dogs had fun sniffing and fetching. The shot is of Oscar watching and listening....rabbits or deer? Mind you he blotted his copy book later by sneakily slurping Mr Lif's wine behind our backs! Oscar and wine? A potentially lethal combo

We headed back down the hill and stopped and had a chat with the former Mr Lif. The dogs got some water and Jake got his ear bent by not one but three parents! A night of him camping on the hill had taken its toll on his normally good humour!

After all that, it is nice to put the old feet up
