Pavement stalking

Lovely morning with Audrey (pictured) up at Chorlton Water Park - ducks, swings, wandering around and watching the triathlon (Audrey joined in with the clapping which was very cute).

Home to an exhausted Angus (4am finish last night). Fed us all lunch then managed the Sunday papers, coffees etc. in the garden on her nap which always feels like an achievement once you have children!

Back up to Hale this afternoon pavement stalking Rightmove houses. We've fallen for one. We can't afford it, it's probably over-priced and essentially it is our house now with a bigger kitchen and extra bedroom. But almost double the price!

But we're beginning to really love the area. Took Audrey in Stamford Park again and it was full of families and the whole place just felt right. Schools are great, we have friends there. But can we be parted with our beloved Chorlton? We came back via Beech Road and I felt sick at the thought of leaving it. Lots of decisions to make.
