The nanny...

She was busy this afternoon. All these babies were initially hidden in the long grass where only their ears were showing! I told Mr K that I was waiting till they moved as I wanted to capture them before they grow any more. He and Alfred went off for a walk and I waited and waited, then suddenly the nanny deer ushered them all from the field, into the woods. I must say, these aren't truly wild deer - we were at the animal park again so I didn't have to stalk them!

Today I was officially (well sort of!) declared 'Queen of Deer'. ;-)
