Breakfast Bug

Lots of activity on the back patio this morning while we had our coffee in the sun. I watched Mama Oriole have a very fat bug for breakfast amid catbirds, red bellied woodpeckers, wrens and sparrows. Lancelot the hummer was there and four very busy chipmunks . Three chippies have no problem sitting in my lap. Nelson was there through it all.

This day came in picture perfect for our afternoon boat ride to T's niece's wedding on Spectacle Island in Boston Harbor. Warm temps here, but I suspect the island trip could be cool. Reception/dinner at Del Frisco's after.
