Weapon of choice

Phil has chosen this super soaker as his weapon of choice in his fight against Bella digging for victory in our lawn. So far it has worked quite well.

On another note as part of my quest to get fitter and healthier I continue my HP wellness walking challenge with my team mates and I have also decided to do the 30 days abs challenge for June. 1st lot today so we will see how it goes. I really should address my diet too as today I have mostly eaten rubbish!
