A Blue Tit Moment

I sat outside in my dressing gown with a cup of tea at just before 8 a.m., which is early for me, and heard a cuckoo. Its song, if you can call it that, was echoing around the parkland and I had no idea which direction it was coming from. I haven't heard one for years so that was a real treat.

I was sitting bang in front of the bird feeder and a blue tit dropped by and had a bit of a quiet moment. So this is my blip for today. I don't suppose many of you have your camera in your dressing gown pocket do you? Go on, admit it, you don't.

Andy Murray finally won his match today but we've got to go through it all again tomorrow with his next opponent. I need to have a word with him about upping his serve.
