Harvested by Hand in Argentina

I had to go into town to deposit a cheque for £8.75. The queue was out the door and only 3 cashier points were open. The enquiries queue was out the door with only 1 person serving. Obviously someone in London, who always had a minion to do his banking and don't know the price of a pint of milk, decided that the branch in Ipswich need only 4 people serving on a Saturday morning and the branch isn't allowed to dmake there own decisions. Modern Life sucks.
