Sunday blues

Hurting for my little brother. Feeling protective and angry and actually physically hurt. Trying to stay as zen as possible about it. Miranda, Richard and the girls coming for lunch in a bit, lasagna and meringues, fruit and cream. Big Lunch is on too so we may head up for bouncy castle fine. Need to shower and dress.
