Today we went to a friend's birthday party at a farm. It turned out to be such a lovely day! I was not expecting it weather- wise so of course I forgot the sun cream. Claire came to the rescue, hooray! There were a lot of farm animals including a massive, docile rabbit that was a big hit and let all of the children stroke it. We also took a nice meandering walk through a few fields where there were many untended gravestones from the 1800's which sparked a lot of conversation with the kiddos, and of course, Monkey saw it as an obstacle course of some sort. Fun day and I hope George had a lovely birthday too!
