Big Skies

Big skies means I am home! I don't think that as long as I live I will ever tire of Southland skies. They are just divinely amazing and truly do make me believe in creation as opposed to random chance of science.
I set off from Kina beach at around 9am this morning and flew home via Christchurch, arriving back in Tui at around 5.30.

I was pretty much driving into the sun and by the time I got to the turn off for 'Monkey island' I decided I had to stop and take some shots. This is one of them
