DAY'S END

The day was bright and warm.
'till sun headed west
drawing me to the loch.
Water leached last sky colour

Sun dipped beyond the hills.
Cacophony of water fowl
gradually fell silent
Mist streamed down the valley

Spilling onto the water
Midge swarmed
The world went blue
End of day.
