Ouch!

Cycled the 40k round trip to Fritzlar (here you see part of the beautiful Fritzlar Marktplatz) and back this afternoon.

My backside hurts!

Ouch!!

It was my idea so I have nobody else to blame but myself :-(

Need to do it every once in a while to remind myself why I prefer running.
