The collage doesn't really show how wonderful these puddings look but I couldn't just blip one!!
Mr C had a couple of friends over to watch the rugby aviva cup final today and one of our friends made these wonderful puddings.... A fresh berry meringue, key lime pie and fresh strawberry Victoria sponge. ( I think she thought we had 20 coming not 6 lol). I had the meringue which was delicious and the others said the key lime pie was amazing too!
Oh and we saw some blue sky today too!!! :-)
