Unfurling

The peonies seem to have been out for a while lower down the village, but so far we only have this one which is just beginning to open.

Usually we have a couple of days with the lovely flowers, and then it pours down and the petals cascade to the floor! Hopefully we might have a little longer before that happens this year!
