Marriage

"However, each one of you also must love his wife as he loves himself, and the wife must respect her husband." Ephesians 5:33

Today's picture is of James wedding ring, he has lost two in the past, so this is the third one he has had. I have had two as well, but my current one is bent out of shape, so I don't wear one!! But they are a symbol of marriage. This Bible verse is from one of the letters written by Paul, he is instructing men to love their wives as much as they love themselves. This means that their wife is just as important as they are, it also instructs women to respect their husbands.
