No Takers

Porty Prom was beautiful but very quiet today, mainly because it was so cold. The snow has been lying on the beach for days now, which is unusual. The prom itself was a lethal sheet of ice, not the route to be used on a trip to the Espy, particularly if you are teetering in stilletos.... Or is it stilleti?
I've been favouring a walking boot for the past week or so; fine in normal circumstances but unusual with work garb.

Thanks for the comments on the wee robin yesterday. There were none to be seen today, but instead the beach was covered in thousands of gulls. There was no way I was risking life and limb to get to them today for a blip.
