Something to eat...

This fender attracts the eye but I hope the birds see and eat these delicious doughnut-balls!
In Dutch we call them "oliebollen", a traditional snack round the turn of the year.
First they were hanging more close to the house but nothing happened.
Hope this will do.
Or: they don't like them?
