Friday: Conference Participants

A good part of the day was spent at the conference again.  It has been a fascinating event and I have met some really interesting people.  Last night over dinner, I was talking to a Danish trauma specialist who told me how he struggles with the work he does quite often, because there is no one who really cares for the carers - not something I had really considered before.

In my haste yesterday, I forgot to mention that K. is back!  We have celebrated by embarking on 'Mad Men' Season 4.  

This has been such a busy week - it has left me feeling faintly 'other'.......
