He's off!

After getting his new bike yesterday and not really getting a proper shot on it, he was raring to go this morning, insisting that he go out and play on it after he had eaten his breakfast and gotten dressed. Other than needing a wee helping hand to steady the bike when he first gets on to it and get it going, he can pedal it himself. He was adamant that he didn't need stabilizers when he was asking about getting a bike, and he's proved himself right - not even a wobble! To be honest, the way that he raced around on his old Glide bike & the confidence he had on that made us think that he'd be fine balancing on a proper bike.

He's been out playing on it all day, and his confidence has increased even since this morning. I'm off to check the tyres on my bike so that we can go for a proper cycle round the estate tomorrow!
