Horse-riding

Today's last activity before leaving our holiday home was a horse-riding lesson. I've sat on a horse a handful of times, J has once and A never so we went for a beginner's lesson which was great and we all learned a lot. Carl had opted for official photographer role and seemed to find the whole thing a highly entertaining spectacle.

We headed back to pack up our stuff and head back to the very fine The Dirty Habit for a fine last lunch.

A quick drive home giving us the real benefits of holidaying so close to home and then back into 'normal life' quickly with A heading off to a Bugsy Malone rehearsal.

Washing, unpacking...

Lovely, lovely holiday and I may start working for the Kent Tourist Board.
