Books...

A 1909 book that has been offered for the book stall at the peninsula church coffee morning tomorrow morning. I think I know whose bookshelf it came from. It seems strange to categorise birds as either 'useful' or 'harmful' - sounds somewhat utilitarian. Apparently it comes from Hungarian agricultural research into such matters. It is not about the edibility of birds (or at least, not entirely about that...)
