Rogue poppy

We've created a small compost heap at the bottom of our beach garden and these poppies have kindly self-seeded as an attractive surround. I had hoped to catch a bee but it moved to another area before I could take a photo. There is a small insect somewhere in there but difficult to distinguish it from the poppy itself!
