Yin and Yang

Stars aligned this evening as the bloke and the big lad went to cricket, the ginger disappeared upstairs to his Xbox and Sky Arts decided to show Giselle with Carlos Acosta.

A short period of girly indulgence followed before my inner tomboy reasserted itself and cried out for England v Peru.

In between there was short but intense interlude with lots of yelling - at the dog for being an utter, ruddy mentalist and at the ginger for managing to lose some of his costumes for his big show tomorrow.

I bet George Clooney's mum was never as sorely tried as me ...
