Billing and cooing

Here are a couple of doves doing a bit of beak tapping at Whittington Castle. There are a flock of them that are residents in various places in the castle walls.

The builders are continuing to work on my garden, the wall lowering is done but they need a couple of dry days to complete it. They replaced the old fence too - I almost blipped the trodden down flowers in the border below but it's not a pretty sight!
