Yes, it is a Dickens Festival week-end again.
Assorted costumes are brought out and given an airing.

I saw these two earlier when I had a quick look around some of the stalls as I flitted through to fetch some fruit.
Queen Victoria was talking to some admirers, busily explaining how she had made her costume - in a very Chatham accent!
So when I saw her again later - on the High Street - I asked for a photo.
