Soggy Doggy

Bertie tends to get a bit whiffy from his constant escapades in the river so I gave him a bath this afternoon. He hates baths with a passion and constantly slides his paws up and down the sides, trying to escape. Strangely, when I let the water out and wrapped him in a towel, he posed quite nicely in the bath, looking sad and bedraggled. He's back to his super fluffy self now.

Took Alfie to the doctor who confirmed his lungs are wheezy and crackly but doesn't need medication, apart from a super new PURPLE inhaler!

So half term draws to a close, it's been less than exciting (and I feel super guilty about that) but a combination of horrendous weather and wheezes and sneezes have worked against us. Let's hope Harry Potter lives up to the hype on Monday...
